Learning to love the body you have.
Saturday, June 9th, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
This daylong experiential session is designed to create a safe and supportive environment that allows you to explore your core beliefs about your body and body image.
It is a path of balance; one that nurtures our spiritual selves as well as our physical selves.
The Body and Soul workshop is designed to assist us in listening to our bodies signals and begin to accept and trust our own natural rhythms and appetites.
Body and Soul is an invitation to learn how to love and accept all aspects of yourself and see yourself whole and beautiful, inside and out.
Timing: Saturday, June 9th from 9am - 5pm
- Cultivating Mindfulness, to gain clarity and understanding of our core beliefs about our body image
- Movement - stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques
- Sharing – creating a safe place to tell our stories
- Visualization - guided imagery to support fresh perspective
- Exploring the value of rituals to nurture the spirit

Michelle earned her degree in dance/movement therapy from UCLA, is a graduate of the Hakomi Institute of Body-Centered Psychotherapy and is certified in personality profiling through PREP Profile Systems, the leaders in advanced behavioral style insight.
She is currently an executive coach to several Fortune 500 CEOs and key leaders across several prominent industries.
