A 1 day Seminar to show both physical and spiritual essentials that are designed to increase quality of life.
Physically, we will learn critical aspects of yoga, martial arts, strength, flexibility and effective breathing.
Spiritually, we will learn visualized meditation and techniques to control the mind, elevate your mood and neutralize toxic thoughts.
By the end of the seminar, you will have your own personalized “daily fix” that will help you reboot, revitalize, and rejuvenate that takes only a few minutes each day.

Meet your facilitator, Jerry Colker
A competitive gymnast at Harvard University and a veteran performer of many Broadway shows, Jerry is also an internationally certified Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
After suffering a severe herniated disk, Jerry rehabilitated without surgery by studying multiple styles of yoga and then incorporating his previous gymnastics, dance and martial arts training into a fitness system that made him one of the top personal trainers in Los Angeles. He added an energetics element by including essentials of his Kabbalistic and Taoist studies along with Nutriition and Naturopathic Assessment Training with Biochemist Dr. Bob Marshall and Energy Sciences Master Dr. Linda Forbes from whom he received his advanced clinical nutritionist certification in Quantum Reflex Analysis.
Working with people of all ages and levels, Jerry has now simplified and put together a fitness and energetics program that is profoundly enhancing people’s lives.
