HOW DO YOU HANDLE BREAKS AND MEALS?
Fifteen minute breaks are held approximately every two hours. We encourage you to bring snacks for the shorter breaks that happen throughout the day. You will have approximately an hour for lunch. On Friday and Saturday evenings, as part of the seminar, you will go in groups to eat at local restaurants. Note: Meals are not provided as part of the seminar tuition.
HOW DO I MAXIMIZE MY SEMINAR EXPERIENCE?
- Commit to staying for the entire duration of the seminar by clearing your calendar of all other appointments and commitments during the seminar dates. We also recommend taking Monday off if your schedule permits.
- Be open to suggestions from the facilitators and plan to participate fully in all exercises and discussions.
- The seminar is focused on developing your awareness so, plan to refrain from using any recreational (or non-prescription drugs), and alcohol during the entire three days.
- Use your time outside the seminar hours to rest, complete any assignments you may have been given, and take care of yourself.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ATTEND THE SEMINAR?
The seminar is limited to 25 people, this enhances the learning opportunity for everyone. Family members and couples are welcome to attend together. All participants, including family members, must be over 18 years old.
HOW DO I DRESS?
Please dress comfortably and casually. Dressing in layers can be helpful as temperatures can fluctuate in the seminar room.
