Terms of Engagement
During this pandemic period, we must all do our part to create the safest possible environment. As a seminar enrollee, we ask you to agree to, and abide by, our COVID prevention protocols.
Please read this agreement carefully, sign and submit the form below if you agree to our Terms of Engagement. Agreement to these terms is required to participate in the seminar.
Pre-Seminar Protocol
Vaccination:
While we recommend both vaccinations and booster shots, the latest data does show that while alleviating the need for hospitalization or worse, it does not stop transmission from the Omicron variant.
So, we will be testing every morning to make sure no one is coming into the room if testing positive.
In-Seminar Protocol
Testing
We’ll supply an antigen test for everyone to take every morning. A negative result is required to continue participation in the seminar.
We will have extra antigen tests on hand if needed throughout the seminar.
Temperature
We will take everyone’s temperature before room entry each morning. A temperature below 100.4 degrees is required to participate.
Masks
We follow current California and Oregon mask guidelines.
At this time, California and Oregon do not require masks to be worn in most public settings, including venues like our upcoming seminar. We want everyone to feel welcomed and comfortable in the seminar. Please make a choice that allows you to fully engage in all seminar activities. There is no judgment one way or the other, only support and respect for your personal decision.
