Our Seminar Facilitator

An undeniably world-class facilitator, Michelle Saul, facilitates the Possibilities seminars.  Her extraordinary style is innovative, entertaining, dynamic, and compassionate—creating a comfortable and supportive environment for people to learn more about themselves and to find their own answers to the issues in their lives.

“Of all the teachers that I have had the good fortune to experience in my career and education at Harvard, Stanford and elsewhere, none can hold a candle with the brightness of energy, caring and impact that Michelle Saul held for me at this seminar!”

Kenneth J. Kelley, CEO, PaxVax Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

BREAKS AND MEALS During the Seminar

10-15 minute breaks are held approximately every two hours.  We will have snacks, coffee and tea available for you.  Meal breaks for Lunch and Dinner will be one hour, and we will provide lunch and dinner on our meal plan (more information when you register). This keeps our seminar in a more contained "health bubble" and eases the meal break timing.

You must bring both a reusable water bottle and closed coffee/tea container.

MAXIMIZE Your SEMINAR EXPERIENCE

  • Commit to staying for the entire duration of the seminar by clearing your calendar of all other appointments and commitments during the seminar dates. We also recommend taking Monday off if your schedule permits.

  • Be open to suggestions from the facilitators and plan to participate fully in all exercises and discussions.

  • The seminar is focused on developing your awareness so, plan to refrain from using any recreational (or non-prescription drugs), and alcohol during the entire three days.

  • Use your time outside the seminar hours to rest, complete any assignments you may have been given, and take care of yourself.

  • If you are attending the seminar with a partner, family member, friend or co-worker, remember that the seminar is designed for you to learn about yourself. You will get much more out of the seminar by focusing on your own issues, not theirs.

SEMINAR Size

Between 12-20 people attend, depending on the seminar level.  Family members and couples are welcome to attend together. All participants, including family members, must be over 18 years old.
